I'm one of those anti-loli crusaders on Twitter, and I never felt like any of the characters from this game looked too young. I'm guessing the ruling was based on the gameplay sprites, which are too chibi to really qualify as lolicon.
Then again, the age of consent is sixteen where I'm from (Alabama), and my standards for drawings pretty much boil down to "does she have tits?"
And I haven't updated in about a year.

патрон модераторы просто завидовали твоему таланту. Они потеряли отличного програмистера. Ах да проблема получения урона от врагов исправлена? Пояснение: когда ты и или они пробигают сквозь тебя ты получаеш урон. Можно как-то сделать так когда ты и или они, босс спокойно проходишь сквозь ты не получаеш урон, а когда враги прыгают на тебя как та грибо-ноги то ты также отлитаеш и также урон получаеш. Конечно иногда нехвотает секс фаталити или спец приема с этим наклоном функции боя когда враг ошеломлён) все будет в будущем главное не забывайте свой талант. Данная игра иденственая в своем роде доступная на андройд. Спасибо вам

worst case scenario, you put a game up that requires a patch, and perhaps a user in certain locations to use a VPN. in our day in age it's becoming annoyingly mandatory, even for us in the USA we're getting region blocked for nonsense

The game development should be fine. The Patreon page was more of a donation page and a place where Mofu-san would post bonus exclusive pictures, some of which had nothing to do with the game and were specifically just for Patreon.

So let me get this straight.
You opened a Patreon account so that people can support you through there since they've asked about it. Patreon staff decided to remove your account 12 days AFTER you opened the account on the grounds of "sexualization of lolis" which is nowhere near a child or teenager.
Yup, this is Patreon being unhinged. I will never understand the idea of people seeing lolis as actual children. Loli is a petite body type. It's not describing a child whatsoever. And if someone IRL were to claim they are a loli, then they're a creep.

Bro if it looks like a child its a child (or teen) even if you say its a 1000 year old vampire or what have you. Lolis are explicitly designed to look like children , its not "just a bodytype". Context is important. Are the characters considered underage minors in their own world?
If you make a non porn game were you shoot at human children, you might get problems too. People do not like that. I remember Blizzard making kids in Warcraft indestructible for that reason.
