To get through the big mushroom futa, you'll have to wait for a later update when the blue mushroom girl is added. Once she's added and you've defeated her, you'll complete the big mushroom futa quest and can progress to the mushroom village in a later update.

Hmmmm I'm having an issue when going to fight the chubby Mushroom to the left of the statue. Every time the fight load... I'm just stuck in place. The music plays and the fight looks like it should start... but nothing. Any ideals?

What's the version? That bug may be fixed in 0.033.16.
